FANNIE FITCH
1882-1960
Mrs. Fannie Fitch, 77, resident of Thealka, died in the Memorial
Hospital McDowell, Floyd Co Ky., at 3:50 p.m., Monday, June 13
1960, after a year's illness.
The daughter of John and Angeline Cooper, she was born in this
county December 5 1882, and had resided here most of life.
She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Isadore Fitch; five sons, Norman Fitch,
Ypsilanti, Michigan; Tom Fitch, Thealka; San, Jessie and Burton
Fitch, all of this city; three daughters, Ruth Fitch, Sebra
Caudill, both of Ashland; Ruby Wells, Tutor Key; a half brother,
Bill Welch and half sister, Mary Ann Welch both of Kermit, W. Va.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. today from the Thealka
Freewill Baptist Church with James Lyons and Don Fraley as
officiating ministers.
Burial was in the Family Cemetery.
