LEXIE MAE GULLETT

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 26, 1 p.m. at Miller
Funeral Home for Lexie Mae Blanton Gullett, 76, who passed away at
Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
  
Mrs. Gullett was born January 16, 1927 in Magoffin County, Ky.,
daughter of the late Grover C. and Cynthia Blanton.
  
She was a retired seamstress for Parson’s and a member of the Second
Baptist Church.
  
She was preceded in death by her husband, Burl Gullet; one sister,
Margie Conley; two brothers, Ennie and Hassel Blanton and step-
mother, Maymie Meade Blanton.
  
Surviving are one daughter, Diana (Jose) Trevino of Cincinnati, Ohio;
two sisters, Louise Blanton of Salyersville, Ky. and Judith Blanton
of Oil Springs, Ky.; three brothers, Edgar Blanton of Salyersville,
Ky., Oakley Blanton of Staffordsville, Ky. and Nick Blanton of West
Liberty, Ky.; two grandsons, Ricardo and Daniel Trevino.
  
The service was officiated by Reverends Ed Caudill and J. R.
Connelley, with burial following in the Johnson Memorial Gardens at
Paintsville, Ky.
 
Arrangements under the direction of the Miller Funeral Home of
Ashland, Ky.
