1928-1975


Paul Holbrook, 46, of Thelma, died Friday, January 10, after an extended
illness.

The son of Dewey and Elsie Blanton Holbrook, who survive, he was born June
8, 1928, and had resided at Thelma for most of his life. He was a member of
the Thelma Sprotsman Club and the Thelma Development Club.

Also surviving are his wife, Velcie Hylton Holbrook; one daughter Paulette
Wilson of Winifred; a grandson, David Clifford Wilson of Cleveland, OH;
three sisters, Irene Katz of Sunbury, OH, Beulah Grandenetta of Columbus and
Sue Patton of Paintsville and two brothers, Jack and Harry Holbrook both of
Galion, OH.

Funeral services held Sunday, January 12, in the Chapel of the Preston
Funeral Home with Elders Nim Sturgill, Charles Price, and C.J. Sparks
officiating.

Burial was in the Preston Cemetery at Thelma.
