JOAN ADA KITTS
1914-1985
    
Joan Ada Kitts, 71, of Mansfield, OH and formerly of Johnson County,
died May 21 in Mansfield.
    
Born in Johnson County, August 12, 1914, the daughter of the late Kane
and Georgia Hugher Daniels, she was a housewife and a member of the
Freewill Baptist Church.
   
Survivors include her husband, Hence Kitts; a daughter, Ellen Moore, of
Mansfield, four brothers, Floyd Daniels, Grove City, OH, Charles
Daniels, Columbus, OH, Frank Daniels and Lloyd Daniels, both of
Virginia. Also surviving are two sisters, Ruby Daniels of Virginia and
Helen Repko of California; two grandchildren and six great
grandchildren.
   
Funeral services were held May 25 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of the
Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Charles Stapleton and John Frank Meade
officiating.
   
Burial was in the Pigeon Church Cemetery at Oil Springs.
