Former Johnson County resident Ellen Opal Moore, 68, died Sunday,
November 22,1998 at Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital.
  
Mrs. Moore was born, May 28, 1930, in Johnson County, to the late
Niles and Ada Kitts Daniels. She was disabled.
  
Surviving are one son, Ronald Raymond Moore of Raleigh, North
Carolina; one daughter, Melinda Joan Goins of Middlesborn; and
seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
  
Graveside services were held Wednesday, November 25, at Pigeon
Enterprise Baptist Church Cemetery at Oil Springs, with Roger
Thornsbury officiat
  
Jones-Preston Funeral  Home was  in charge of local arrangements.
