Leroy Tackett, 42, died Thursday, Jan 26, at his Swamp Branch residence.
  
Mr. Tackett was born Aug 12, 1947 in Johnson county, the son of William H.
and Maudie VanHoose Tackett.
  
Surviving are three brothers, Raymond and Harold, both of Swamp branch and
Earl of Columbus, OH; three sisters, Ruth Ann Ward of Columbus, Grace Fisher
of Spokeham, WA, and Verla Mae Bowling of Owensboro.
  
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan 28 in Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Chapel with Dick VanHoose officiating.
  
Burial was in Preston Cemetery at Thelma.
