WILLIAM BLESSING
1898-1934
William Blessing, 35 years old, of Thelma, an employee of the C. &
O. Railway for the past 20 years, died at his home Wednesday,
November 21.
His death came as a result of an attack of typhoid.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 23, and burial was in
the family cemetery near Thelma.
He is survived by his wife and two small children.
Mr. Blessing was a member of the United Baptist Church and one of
the leading citizens of his community.
His long service with the railway company and his activity in the
church and the affairs of his neighborhood made for him a host of
friends who will miss him greatly.
