Arizona Clark Blevins, 94, of Paintsville, died Friday, Dec. 2,
2005 at her residence.
Born March 6, 1911, in Johnson County, she was a daughter of the
late Henry Clark and Ollie Salyers Clark Ward. She was a
homemaker.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Foster Blevins, in
1938; a son, James Blevins; three brothers; and a sister.
Survivors include three daughters, Elva Dutton of Meally, Betty
Haight of Paintsville, and Martha Cupoli of Hilliard, Ohio; and
123 grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great-
grandchildren.
Funeral services were Monday, Dec. 5, at Staffordsville Freewill
Baptist Church, Staffordsville, with Doug Crider and Henry Dutton
officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Cemetery, Staffordsville, under
direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
