David Keith Cantrell, 46, of Oil Springs, died Thursday, Sept. 8,
2005 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
Born Feb. 3, 1959, at Paintsville, he was a son of Claude Thomas and
Mary Margaret Baldwin Cantrell of Oil Springs. He was a pipe fitter.
Additional survivors include his wife, Teresa Pennington Cantrell of
Oil Springs; a son, David Keith Cantrell II of Oil Springs; two
stepsisters, Donathan McCarty, and Brent McCarty, both of Winchester;
and five step-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Sunday, Sept. 11, at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, Paintsville, with Elder J.D. Rice officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, under
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
