HAZEL F. CANTRELL
1914-1982
   
Mrs. Hazel F. Cantrell, 68, died September 20 1982 in
Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg.
  
Mrs. Cantrell was born January 17, 1914 in Johnson
County, the daughter of Richard M. and Loutisha Williams
Curtis. She was a resident of Flat Gap and a member of
the United Baptist Church.
  
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Christa Cantrell Salyer,
Flat Gap; a brother, James M. Curtis, Flat Gap; one
sister, Audrey King, Sunbury, Ohio; two grandsons and one
great granddaughter.
  
Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, September
22,  at 11:00 AM in Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel, with
Elders Lonza Reed and Eual McKenzie officiating.
  
Burial will be made in Cantrell Cemetery on Cantrell's
Creek with Paintsville Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.
