Retired farmer, Isom "Hite" Daniel, 74, died Thursday, February 1, in
the Veterans Hospital, Lexington.
  
Mr. Daniel was born February 4, 1915 in Johnson County, the son of
Erchel and Grace Clark Daniel.
  
Surviving are two brothers, Bill Daniel, Paintsville, and Shade Daniel,
of Tutor Key; and three sisters, Mae Preston, of Tutor Key, Frances
Daniel of Thealka, and Helen Cordial; of Columbus, Ohio.
  
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 3, in Paintsville Funeral
Home Chapel, with Revs. Tommy VanHoose and Venny VanHoose officiating.
  
Burial was in the family cemetery at Tutor Key.
