NEVA EVA ESTEP
1905-1949
Mrs. Neva Cantrell Estep, 44, of Flat Gap, passed away
Friday, July 1, 1949 at 8 a. m. at the home of her mother,
Mrs. Nora Cantrell, at Fuget, after a two weeks' illness.
Mrs. Estep was born in Johnson County on February 2, 1905
where she had spent her entire life.
She was a member of the United Baptist Church.
She was married to Walter Estep in 1929 who survives.
Also surviving are one son, Bobby Estep, four brothers and
two sisters, Ossie Cantrell, Flint, Mich., Olva Cantrell,
Fuget, Jimmie Cantrell, Elna, Roy Cantrell, Fuget, Mrs.
Mauzie McKenzie and Mrs. Ora Jewell Cantrell, both of Fuget.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 2, at 2 P. M. at
the residence of Mrs. Nora Cantrell at Fuget by Rev. Lonza
Reed and Rev. Charley Estep.
Interment was made in the family cemetery by the Paintsville
Funeral Home.
