Betty Ruth Blevins Haight, 72, of Paintsville, died Wednesday, Nov.
1, 2006 at Highland Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
Born April 9, 1934, in Johnson County, she was a daughter of the
late Foster and Arizona Clark Blevins. She was a homemaker.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thornton K. Haight,
in 2004; a son Yankee Edward Conley; a daughter, Kathy Conley Hall;
and a brother, James E. Blevins.
Survivors include three sons, Curtis Michael Conley of Sitka,
Darrell K. Conley of Staffordsville, and Timothy Edward Haight of
Paintsville; two daughters, Karen Sue Bevins of Paintsville, and
Vickie Lynn Stanley of Prestonsburg; two sisters, Elva Dutton of
Paintsville, and Martha Cupoli of Hilliard, Ohio; 11 grandchildren;
and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 4, at Jones-Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Doug Crider and Hursnton Hall officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville,
under direction of Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
