EVA ANGELINE JENKINS
1935-1988
Funeral services were held Monday, September 19, for Eva
Angeline Jenkins, 53. Mrs. Jenkins was born August 25, 1935
in Johnson County, the daughter of Roy Cantrell and Cora
Cantrell.
She was a member of Cold Springs United Baptist Church.
Surviving are her mother; her husband, Jimmy Jenkins; four
sons, Jimmy Jenkins Jr., Ricky Jenkins, and Samuel Jenkins,
all of Fuget, and Roy Michael Jenkins, of Columbus, Ohio;
one brother, Henry Edward Cantrell of Inez; five sisters,
Betty Jean Sparks, Leora Davis, and Debris Hill, all of
Fuget, Sue Salyer, of Pikeville, and Maxine Stambaugh, of
Sunbury, Ohio; and four grandchildren and three step-
grandchildren.
Officiating at services in Cold Springs United Baptist
Church were Eulas Adams, Melvin Wright and Eual McKenzie.
Burial was in Cantrell Family Cemetery at Fuget with Jones-
Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
