Billy W. "Wink" Justice, 63, died Monday, July 14, in Paul B. Hall
Medical Center.
He was born February 24, 1923, in Floyd County, the son of the late
JACK and JOSEPHINE WELLS JUSTICE.
Surviving are his wife, Phyllis Pigg Justice; a son, Paul Justice
of Paintsville,; and two sisters, Ethel Ward, of Tomahawk, and
Polly Adams, of Ashland.
Funral services will be held today, Wednesday, July 16, at 1:00
p.m. in Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with graham Abbott
officiating.
Burial will be in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery at
Staffordsville.
