RAY MCKENZIE
1907-1980
 
Ray McKenzie, 73, died Friday, June 6, in King's Daughters' Hospital,
Ashland, after an extended illness.
  
Mr. McKenzie was born January 22, 1907, the son of M.O. and Clista
Green McKenzie.
  
He was a resident of Ashland, a retired employee of Ashland Oil, and a
member of the Baptist Church.
 
Surviving are his wife, Beulah Lyon McKenzie; two sons, Darin McKenzie
of Ashland and Jack McKenzie of Plains, TX; two daughters, Clista
Pelfrey of Keaton, and Emma Joy Kazee of Ashland, 10 grandchildren and
3 great grandchildren.
  
Graveside services held Sunday, June 8, in McKenzie Cemetery, Flat Gap,
with Lafe Skaggs officiating.
  
Jones-Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
