Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 20, 1 p.m. at the Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel for Sandra Kay Mollett, 59, of West Van Lear,
Ky., who passed away Monday, Sept. 18 at Highlands Regional Medical Center
in Prestonsburg, Ky.
  
Mrs. Mollett was born Dec. 2, 1946 in Floyd County, Ky., daughter of Myrtle
Little Dorton of Hager Hill, Ky., and the late Donald Dorton. She was a
homemaker.
  
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Elijah Mollett Jr. of
West Van Lear; two sons, Keith Beverly of Tennessee and Bryan Beverly of
Huber Heights, Ohio; one sister, Donna Jennings of Hager Hill; and three
grandchildren.
  
The service was officiated by Paul D. Meade and Shawn Howell, with burial
in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville, Ky.
  
Arrangements under the direction of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home of
Paintsville, Ky.
