Norman Chester Osborne of Hager Hill died Wednesday March 30, 7:55
a.m. in the Cabell-Huntington Hospital, at the age of 34.
  
He was born January 5, 1932 to Esta Osborne George.
  
He was a member of the Church of Christ and an employee of the
Paintsville City Gas and Water System.
  
Surviving include his widow, Phyllis Jean Howell Osborne, and three
daughters, Frankie Carol, Ida Rose and Norma Sue Osborne of
Lexington.
  
Funeral services were held Friday, April 1, 1:30 p.m. at the East
Point Church of Christ with S. C. Honeycutt and Robert Reeves
officiating.
  
Interment was held in the Howell Cemetery, East Point, with the
Jones-Preston Funeral home in charge.
