Ottis Patrick, 58, died Thursday, September 20, 1979 in Dayton, Ohio.
Mr. Patrick was born July 26, 1921 in Johnson County, the son of Kay and
Rose Wells Patrick. He was employed as a supervisor for Dayton Transit
Authority.
Surviving are his wife, Irene Pigg Patrick; a daughter, Patty Eberly,
Dayton, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Numie Hickman, Paintsville; and two
grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 25, 1979 in Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel with J. H. Short officiating.
Burial was in Hall Cemetery, King Addition, with Jones-Preston Funeral
Home handling arrangements.
