Margaret L. Rowland, 65, of Paintsville, died Friday, April 16, at
Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington.
Born May 16, 1938, in Johnson County, she was a daughter of the
late Henry Armstrong and Lula Curtis Rowland.
She was a retired nurse’s aide with Paintsville Hospital and a
member of Enterprise Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Cantrell of Paintsville; two
brothers, Creval Rowland of East Point, and William R. Rowland of
Paintsville; and two sisters, Bertie Jane Melvin of Wabash, Ind.,
and Billie Jean Azelton of Clio, Mich.
Funeral services were Monday, April 19, at Paintsville Funeral Home
Chapel, Paintsville, with Revs. Don Lemaster and Gail Music
officiating.
Burial was in Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville,
under direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
