Hattie Williams, Fuget Resident, Dies Monday Hattie Williams, 82,
resident of Fuget, died at 7:30 p.m., Monday, May 4, in a local
hospital after an illness of three weeks.

Born in Johnson County, December 30, 1881, she was the daughter of
the late Isom and Mary Fairchild Daniel.

She had lived at Fuget most of her life and was affiliated with
the Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Williams on May
15, 1955. Survivors include, one son, Mervin Williams, Fuget; one
brother, Mervin Daniel, Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Pearlie
Salyers, Kirkersville, Ohio; Mrs. A. J. Daniel, Sitka. Also
surviving are seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conductd at 10:30 a.m., today in the chapel
of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Bruce Daniel and Tommy
Reynolds officiating.

Burial was in the family cemetery, Fuget.
