I would like to contribute this photo of my grgrgrandmother, Mary Susan Johns, b. 1840, d. 1872. She was the daughter of Rial Johns(b. 25 Oct 1812, d. 11 AUG 1898) and Martha Alice Slaton(b. 1 APR 1817, d. 21 DEC 1887). Rial was born in Hawkins (now Hancock Co.) Tn, but his father, Henry Johns, was born in the Piedmont area of Virginia--He was s/o Thomas Johns of Albemarle and Cumberland Counties. I would love to share Mary Susan John's photo.

She married 1st Isaac Amyx. b. 1836, d. ~1864. She is wearing his photo. She married 2nd, Charles Wilder, b. 30 JUL 1843 in Hancock County, Tn.,d. 31 AUG 1925 in Morristown, Tn.
