WILLIAM DAWSON
CEMETERY
.

Take Rt. 40 East to top of Lick Branch Hill (Spicey Mountain). At the big curve
that turns to the right. It's also the location that you turn off to the
Ballard Butcher Cemetery. Instead of turning left to the Ballard Butcher cemetery,
straight up on the little point to your right on the "U" curve is this cemetery.
If you go to where Rt. 40 starts down hill you have gone too far. It's located
right at the apex of Route 40. The last gravesite is probably within 20' of
St. Rt. 40 East. A mobile home sits right on the point just in front of the
cemetery. Anyone in the area will direct one to the cemetery.

NOTE.....Should anyone want further directions please feel free to email me and
I will be glad to explain further. [email protected]

** I ALSO FOUND A STONE WITH NOTHING ON IT BUT THE INITIALS H.D.M. AND THE
DATE AS BEST I COULD READ WAS BORN OR DIED 03-12-1956. I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION
THAT THIS WAS AN OLD FIELD STONE FOR HERMOND D. MOLLETT GRAVE. DATES WERE
ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE OUT. BUT THE DATES APPEARED TO BE CLOSE AS BEST I
COULD MAKE OUT.
