SHADRACH WARD
CEMETERY
This Cemetery is located 2/3 mile West of the Martin County Line at the Spring Knob Road
turnoff. You take the Spring Knob Road turnoff for approximately 5 miles. This is the end of
the line. You will have to get permission to go through a private yard to get to the cemetery
on the point below the residence. This cemetery contain the remains of the first elected judge
of Johnson County, Kentucky. His name is Shadrach Ward. He was the elected judge from
1854-1858.
