Richard Homer Bevil, 58, died Sunday, March 27, in Marion General
Hospital in Marion, IN after an extended illness.
  
He was born January 19, 1919, in Johnson County and was the son of
Richard Sr. and Elsie Bevil.
   
Mr. Bevil was a retired employee of Marion General Hospital.
  
Surviving are a son, Paul Bevil of Upland, IN; a sister, Mrs. Jewell
Clay of Marion and one grandchild.
  
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 31, in the Preston Funeral
Home with Rev. Scott Castle officiating.
  
Burial was in the Richmond Gap Cemetery at Van Lear with Preston
Funeral Home handling arrangements.
