SERVICES TODAY AT LOW GAP FOR ELOUISE CURTIS

Elouise Curtis, 33, lifelong resident of Manila, died in a local
hospital at 2:15 a.m., Monday, January 25, 1960 after a week's
illness.

The daughter of Walter and Emma Blanton Curtis, she was born December
4, 1926, at Manila and was a member of the United Baptist Church.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Jimmy McCarty, Oil Springs; Mrs.
Kanawha Long, Sitka; Edith Carol Curtis, Manila; one brother, Walter
Curtis, Jr., Manila.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 today, January 27, 1960 from
the Low Gap Church with Oscar McCarty as officiating minister.

Burial was in the Blanton Cemetery.
