JOHN MARTIN HALL

John Martin Hall, 92, of West Van Lear, died Saturday, December 16 in
the Paintsville Hospital following a brief illness.
He was a retired carpenter and was affiliated with the Church of
Christ. He was the son of the late Andrew and Sarah Goble Hall.
Immediate survivors include one son, Robert Hall, of Fondulac, WS,
one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Groves of Ashland, and several
grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted by Cecil Sherman and
Bill Ford on Tuesday, December 19 at the West Van Lear Church of
Christ.
Burial followed in the Concord Cemetery at Thealka under direction of
the Jones-Preston Funeral Home.
