TOM WILLIAMS
1900-1980

Tom Williams, 80, died Friday, December 5, in Highlands Regional
Medical Center after an extended illness.

Mr. Williams was born February 7, 1900 in Johnson County, the son of
Alex and Susan Bayes Williams.

He was a resident of Barnetts Creek, a retired farmer and a member of
the United Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Cynthia Alice Lemaster Williams, who he
married December 5, 1918; 4 sons, Everett of Wittensville, Arnold of
Flat Gap, Larry of Columbus, OH, and Tommy of Barnetts Creek; 6
daughters, Venus Kibby, Agnus Airy and Georgene Brown all of
Baltimore, MD, Sally Davis of Winchester, Geraldine Davis of
Chandlersville and Carol Fairchild of Oil Springs; 1 brother, Taylor
Williams of Grayson; 21 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, December 8, in Oil Springs United
Baptist Church with Elders Lonza Reed, Rutherford Blair, James Dennie
Spradlin, Charles Price, and Jerry Colvin officiating.

Burial was in Williams Cemetery, Win, with Paintsville Funeral Home
in charge with Paintsville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
