DANIEL MEADE
1924-1980
Daniel Boone Meade, 56, Louisa, formerly of Johnson County, died
Friday, October 24, in Louisa Community Hospital.
Mr. Meade was born in Johnson County, the son of the late Rhodes C.
and Mollie Williams Meade.
He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U. S. Navy.
Surviving are his two brothers, Johnie C. Meade, Louisa, and Eddie C.
Meade, Chiefland, FL, and two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Blankenship,
Ashland, and Lula Nelson, Van Lear.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 26, in Young Chapel,
Louisa, with Rev. Gallie Issac officiating.
Burial was in the Meade Cemetery, Staffordsville with Young Funeral
Home in charge of arrangements.
