In the name of God Amen I Henry Daniell of the pish of Trevethin in the County of Monmouth within ye diocesse of Landaffe bachelor, being sick in body but of sound and perfect memory (praysed be God) do make and ordaine this my last will and testament in writeing in maner and form following (that is to say) First I comend my soule into the hands of God Allmighty my Creator assuredly believing to be saved through the merits of Jesus Christ my onely Saviour and redeemer and my body to be buried in a decent and Christian buriall wthin the Church yard of Trevethin And as touching such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to bestowe upon me I dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say) First I give and bequeath to Jenkin Daniell my brother all my wearing apparell. Itte I give and bequeath to Martha Jenkin my neece one beddsteed wth its apurtenances immeadiately after my decease. Itte I give & bequeath to Jaen Jenkin my neece one such itte. I give & bequeath to Mary Jenkin my neece one brass pann. Itte I give and bequeath to James John ,y apprentice one ewe and lamb immediately after my decease. Itte all the rest of my goods cattells chatells implements and household stuff whatsoever that I have herein not bequeathed I give and bequeath to Joan Daniell my sister all my goods cattell chatell whome I do nominat ordain and appoynt to be sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the sixteenth day of Aprill in the fifth year of the reign of our most grcious soverane Lord King George over Great Brittain France and Ireland defender of the Faith anoq domini 1719.
