"Parents: William W Weaver (listed as father on Seaborn's death certificate.) and Sarah J Eastin. Seaborn's obit and death certificate say he is buried at Shadnor Baptist Church in Union City , Fulton Co GA. I went there but the older part of the cemetery is in deplorable shape. No head stones found. I did find Leonard's and his third wife, Laura Quarles Weaver. Sam's obit says he is buried there also. Seaborn's son Luke is also buried there. Seaborn had thirteen children. Of the thirteen children they all stayed in Ga except for one that went to FL."

"I don't know of Confederate affiliations . My mother says he was buried in his uniform and that is was Confederate. She was about 14 when Seaborn died. He would tell her of Atlanta and the streets were dirt and how muddy it would be. He is listed in the 1900 census and 1910 census as a peddler."
