This is an update on my Craighead ancestors.
Further back from William CRAIGHEAD.
William CRAIGHEAD was born 1786 in Murroes, Angus.
Lilias Craighead, his sister born 1780 married Samuel ELDER.
Elizabeth Craighead, another sister married David GIBSON.
They were the children of:
Andrew CRAIGHEAD who was born in 1741 in Mains in Angus and died
in 1817 in Middlebrighty, Angus.
He married Jean SMITH in 1784 in Murroes. He was a weaver
Andrew was one of nine children born to Alexander CRAIGHEAD and
Helen BELL
who married in 1738 in Mains.
