13 Surname is somewhat hard to read; might be Giffens, Gippens, or something 
   similar to any of these.
14 First half of surname is hard to read with certainty; looks like "?ruders", 
   "?ouders", "?onders". First letter is somewhat blurred and has 
   interference from the tail of the "f" in the line above; might be L, B, S, 
   or some other letter.
