1.3. Margaret GILLESPIE was born in 1823 in SCT. She resided in 1864 in Australia.

1.4. Millar/Miller GILLESPIE was born in 1826 in SCT. He was a Soldier in 1864 in SCT.

1.5. David GILLESPIE was born in 1830 in SCT. He was a Sailor in 1864 in SCT.

Robert GILLESPIE was married to Jane/Jean MELROSE on 16 May 1842 in Falkirk, Stirlingshire, SCT. Jane/Jean MELROSE was born about 1817 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, SCT. She was a Letter Carrier in 1881 in Dennyloanhead, Stirlingshire, SCT. She died on 4 Feb 1900 in Lorns Buildings, Larbert, Stirling, Scotland. The cause of death was senile decay on 4 Feb 1900 in Lorns Buildings, Larbert, Stirling, Scotland.  About 1837, Jean Melrose had a child, Jean Moncrieff before marrying Robert Gillespie. Catherine GILLESPIE was married to James Young PHILLIPS on 16 Dec 1863 in Monteith Row, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, SCT. James Young PHILLIPS was born about 1837. He was an Iron Moulder Journeyman in 1870 in Glasgow, Dist. of Gorbals, Lanarkshire, SCT. He resided in 1881 in Denny, Stirlingshire, SCT. He died on 5 Dec 1915 in Lorns Buildings, Larbert, Stirling, Scotland. His cause of death was carcinoma of the liver-jaundice in Lorns Buildings, Larbert, Stirling, Scotland.

1.4. James GILLESPIE was born on 4 Nov 1857 in Falkirk, Stirlingshire, SCT. He was an Iron moulder journeyman in 1882 in Glasgow, Dist. of Gorbals, Lanarkshire, SCT. He resided at 370 Cumberland, Glasgow, SCT in 1882 in Glasgow, Dist. of Gorbals, Lanarkshire, SCT. He resided at Stewartfield Pl. in Feb 1900 in Larbert, Stirling, Scotland. He died on 18 Jan 1903 in Stewartfield Place, Larbert, Stirlingshire, SCT. He resided at 370 Cumberland St. at time of marriage in Glasgow, Dist. of Gorbals, Lanarkshire, SCT. His cause of death was gastric cancer, cardiac failure.

James GILLESPIE was married to Mary DUNCAN on 24 Oct 1882 in Glasgow, Dist. of Gorbals, Lanarkshire, SCT. Mary DUNCAN was born on 28/29th Feb 1862 in Muirhouses, Linlithgowshire, SCT. She was a Domestic Servant in 1882 in Slammen, Stirling, SCT.
