Marion Shepard was born on May 30th, 1867 in Coshocton Co., Ohio to
Thomas and Lucinda Shepard.
Marion married Susanna Ellen on September 4th, 1980 in Coshocton Co.,
Ohio. Anna Ellen was born on November 10th, 1866 in Ohio to
Karl and Christena
Gramertsfelder. Marion's main occupation was that of a farmer. On
his land, he planted grapes. He did not stay on this land long, but
moved to Co Rd 22 out of Warsaw where he had a greenhouse and raised
strawberries. No house was built on the land that was given to him by
his father. Marion was a promoter of the Warsaw Interdenominational
camp Meeting. Anna Ellen died on November 4th, 1929. Four of Marion's five
girls became ministers. Marion died on February 26th, 1950 in Warsaw,
Ohio.
