On page 114 it lists the abstract of the will of Seebird Pigg as follows: Page 52 WILL OF SEEBIRD PIGG. Of Petersburg, Tennessee. October 19, 1896. Daughter Emma Pigg to have whole control of my estate provided she stays single. If she should marry, estate is to be sold and divided
equally among my children and grandson William F. Crabtree. Son Jackson Pigg. Son Thomas J. Pigg. Son William F. Pigg. Executrix: Emma Pigg. Daughter Sallie who married John Ervin, Josie married William Morrison, Polly married Nathan Ervin, Fannie married Clara (sic) Morrison.
Witnesses: W. R. Loving and J. H. Edmiston. Probated March 30, 1897
