J. Shermon Long, 75, 1830 Carollee Lane, Winter Park, died Friday. Born in Harrisburg, Pa., he moved to Orlando from there in 1965. He was a retired supervisor at the Naval Depot and a member of the Christ Lutheran Church, Harrisburg. He was a mason, past president of the Orlando Square and Compass Club and retired past president of the Winter Park chapter of National Retired Federal Employees. Survivors: wife, Dorothy Calhoun; son, Donald S.; Tallahasee; brother, Donald, Carlisle, Pa.; sister, Mrs. Frances Gannon, Carlisle. Pine Castle Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, Orlando.
