In the name of God, Amen; I Jacob Inabnip of State of Kentucky, County of Pulaski, being in a low state of health, but of sound memory and judgement, and calling to mind mortality, that is is appointed to men once to die; Do Ordain and constitute this my last will and testament. An first I command my soul into the hands of my Redeemer and my body to be buried in a decent manner at the discretion of my surviving friends. And my worldly goods, I dispose in the folowing manner; Vis, First all my just debts to be paid out of my property. Sectondly, it is my will that my beloved wife Mary Inabnip shall have my plantation where on I now live, with all the farming utensils and stock of every kind and also household furnitue solely to be at her disposal during her natural life, with this reserve: Vis, my beloved daughters Rebekak Inabnip and Sarah Inabnip to have at my death the same value of property as my daughter Susannah Couch has already rec'd, and also at my wife's death, it is my will that my son Joseph Inbnip shall hve the management of the plantation, and the beneftis there of appropriated to the benefit of my son John Inabnit during his life. And I want him to have a gentle horse provided for him. And if so be my son John Inbnit should decease before the rest of my heirs, then it is my will that the plantation should be sold and equally divided among the legatees. And also it is my will at the death of my wife that all the remains of my stock severally and householdl furniture and farming tools be sold and equally divided among my heirs.
