**Son of John Hulse Cox and Hannahh Edna Copass**
- ----Charles Stuart Cox - Lizzie Ferguson - buried Douglas Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Charles and Lizzie were married September 16, 1877 Washington Co., TN. Donna writes: "His hand carved stone gives his birth date as 29 Feb 1847, but honestly, I think this must be an error. I looked for their death records, but didn't find either." The census seems to agree that he was born about February 1856 and he died after the 1910 census. He and his wife were both Jobe descendants. He descends from both Jacob and Nathan Jobe, s/o Caleb Jobe and Barbary. She descends from Phebe (Jobe) Barron, d/o Jacob Jobe and Deborah MacKay. Submitted by Donna (Cox) Briggs
