This is a special album that has been created for the probate of James for his children. James was killed in the Civil War on 24 Dec 1864 at Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee. Even tho there are no descendants from the children (James T., John W. or Parthena Sarah Jobe), the person that does work on this family has kindly sent these records to us. A big Thank You to Carol J. Carroll for her help.
