    I Joseph Sidwell of Westnottingham Cecil county and State of Maryland being weak of body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding knowing the certainly of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof do therefore make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following that is to say

    1st I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah a yearly sum on annuity of Sixty dollars per year to be paid yearly during her natural life to her out of the farm I reside on being hereafter described I also bequeath her all the household & kitchen furniture by giving to my two daughters Elizabeth Melinda and Lieruna a proportion of it equal to what my two married daughters has received

    2nd I will to my four daughters Elnara Amanda Martindell. Elizabeth Melinda, Rebecca Ann Taylor and Sevina each Five hundred dollars to be paid to them in the following manner that is to say one hundred dollars each in one year after my death and one hundred yearly after until they each receive that sum.

    3rd I will and desire that my two sons Samuel Elwood and, William Henry shall have my Farm Called Reger's Rest and purchases made by me to it of Joseph Greacey, and Daniel C _hart Containing about one hundred and fifty Acres and also all Money debts notes Bonds Mortgages or dues of any Kind and Also all horses cattle sheep swine waggons carts and farming utensils of every discription and articles not heretofore mentioned or named (escept those

    household goods bequethed to my beloved wife) - at the time of my decease by paying out of it my just debts and funeral expences and the sum of Five hundred dollars each to my daughters in the terms prescribed and the yearly sum of sixty dollars to their mother during her natural life which annuity said Farm shall remain bound and encumbered with during her life - my two sons to have and to hold the same share alike and my sons to have all wheat corn or grain of any kind in grain or in the ground and hay straw or feed on the farm at the time of my decease.

    4th it is my will and desire in case my beloved wife Sarah Shall marry after my decease that she shall be forever after said marriage disinherited of the annuity of sixty dollars yearly bequethed to her and my two Sons shall be forever after released of paying her said yearly dower

    5th and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my two sons Samuel Elwood and William Henry my sole Executors of this my last Will and Testaments revoking and annuling all further wills by me heretofore made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testiment in Witness wherof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty fourth day of the eleventh month one thousand eight hundred an sixty three

    The within instrument of writing was signed sealed and published by Joseph Sidwell the testator as his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witness thereto

    Cecil County SS......} Then came Samuel E. Brown and William H. Brown the Executors named in the foregoing instruments of writing and solemnly and
    February 27th 1864..} sincerely affirmed that this (?san__s) is the true whole last will and testament of Joseph Sidwell the testator thereon or ________ that has come to their hands possession that due publication of the contents thereof hath been made that they know of none others or any objections to the probate thereof being taken

    February __ ____} _____Brown and Wilson Marshall solumnly Sincerely and has affirmed and said Luke Brown made oath on the Holy ______ of Almighty God,

    that they did see Joseph Sidwell the testator therein named sign and seal the same, that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the Same to be his last will and testament, that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehension and belief of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding that they severally subscribed their names as witnesses, hereto at the request in the presence of said testator and in the presence of each other
