- Homer C. "Skinny" Jobe (L) and Sam Hammer (R) holding Holly Houston "Jiggs" Hammer - in Monroe County, Kentucky circa 1920. "Skinny" is the son of Vessie Brown and Samuel E. Jobe, son of Rhoda Arterburn and Amon Jobe, son of Priscilla Hale and Zachariah Jobe. He married 2nd Sam Hammer's sister Mary. "Jiggs" is the son of Richard Baker Hammer and Julia Green Ford, daughter of Elzina Catherine Sheffield and Samuel Nelson Ford, son of Mordecai Price Ford and Elizabeth "Betts" Jobe daughter of Priscilla Hale and Zachariah Jobe. Elzina is the daughter of Elizabeth Perkins and Lorenzo Sheffield, son of Lucinda Kindred and William Sheffield, son of George Sheffield and Mary Job Little, daughter of Abigail Denton and David Job.
