    Know all men by these presents that use James Jobe and Margaret Jobe of the City of Jefferson County of Cole and State of Missouri and consideration of the sum of thirty dollars lawful money of the United States to us in handpaid the receipt where of is herby acknowledged have given granted, bargained and sold to Robert H. Jones his heirs and assigns two certain Lots of ground situated in City of Jefferson being lots numbered on the plan of said City (41) forty one & (68) sixty eight. To have and to hold the said two lost of ground with all and singular the rights privileges and communities to the same appertaining or in any wise belonging to him the said Robert H. Jones his heirs and signs forever-and we the said James and Margaret do hereby bind ourselves our heirs & to warrant and defend the title to the said lots to him the said Jones his heirs free from the claim of all and every person whatsoever-and we do further convenant to and with the said Jones that the title to the said lots is in us and that we have the right to sell and convey the same in fee simple free from incumbrances-In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hand and seals at the City of Jefferson this 27th day of January in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and thirty two.     State of Missouri County of Cole Be it remembered that on this 27th day of January in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty two before me, a Justice of the Peace with and for the County aforesaid, personally came James Jobe and Margaret Jobe his wife both personally know to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument as having executed the same and severally acknowledged the same to be their act and deed for the purpose within mentioned; she the said Margaret being by me first made acquainted with the contents thereof and examined seperate and apart from her husband whether she executed the said deed, and relinquishes her dower to the lands and tenements therein mentioned, voluntarily freely and without compulsion or under influence of her said husband.

    ..SS Be remembered that on this fourth day of September in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty-seven before me one of the Justices of the Peace within and for the County aforesaid personally came James Jobe and Margaret his wife both personally know to me to be the persons who names is subscribed to the aforgoing instrument of writing as having excuted the sane and severally acknowledged the same to be their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned she the said Margaret being by me first made acquainted with the contents thereof and examined seperate and apart from her husband whether she excuted the said deed and relinquishes her dower to the lands and tenaments therein mentioned voluntairly freely and without inner influence of her said husband acknowledged and that she executed the said deed and relinquishes to the lands and tenaments their mentioned voluntairly freely and without complulsion or under influence of her husband
