William, son of Andrew J. Jobe and Phelice Adkins, was born 1844 Daviess Co., Missouri and died June 27, 1916 Beckham Co., Oklahoma. He married Sarah E. Tibbles September 12, 1866 Daviess Co., Missouri. Sarah died in 1873 and William later married Mary Ann Barnett December 3, 1876 Daviess Co., Missouri.
