Complaint was by Henry Jones & William Holt.
Complaint stated Elisha was depressed and always thought people were after him. Further states he was kind and ate well, but went to bed with an Ax and open Knife. He was judged a lunatic Aug 19,1895 and committed to lunatic asylum- Bexar Co San Antonio,Texas."
*Elisha was Lourana's brother.
