  Know all men by these presence that I, John Cox, in view of the uncertainty of life do make this my last Will, as follows (Vix).

  I bequeath to my wife Mary Cox, the entire control of all my personal and real property, during her natural life and at her death, I desire all my real estate to be equally divided among my heirs.---

  I do hereby declare this my last and only will and in affirmation of which, I do in the presence of God and these witnesses do affix my signature. John Cox

Tract contained 141 acres--Hashbargers share is one-fourth.  Said Hannah heired land from her father John Cox.  22March 1866.    (Hannah was a sister of John Harvey's.  Apparently she inherited the land and then had to pay for it!)
