Notice to the Heirs of Enoch Job, dec’d. It appearing that Ezekiel Chinowth and his wife, heirs of said Enoch Job, dec’d, having an interest in a tract of land that said Job died and seized of at the time of his death and Ezekiel Chinowth and Sarah Chinowth, his wife, heirs of said Job dec’d desire that said tract of land be divided so that they can get their rateable share, and it appearing that Nathan Job, one of the heirs in this case, being a non-resident of Tennessee. It is ordered that publication be made for sixty days in the Union Flag, notifying him and all others to appear at the April term of the County Court to answer to said Petition or the same will be taken for confessed as to them.February 5, 1866
