You actually have the information correct about this John's family (wife and children) and you also have John Harvey's family correct."

Trevitte's Company of the Harris Guards for home defense organized June 6, 1863 at Double Springs, Sullivan Co.,, Tennessee).He was captured and taken as a prisoner of war on July 3,1863 in Cowen, Tennessee and forwarded to Nashville, Tennesse on July 9,1863.
On June 8, 1865 he took the oath of allegiance to regain his citizenship in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
