Courtesy of Thomas LippertMARY M. JOBE DIES TUESDAY IN NURSING HOMEMrs. Mary M. Jobe, 1021 6th Street, died Tuesday morning at the Weld Co., Nursing Home. She was 80.
Funeral services will be held at 2. p.m. Friday from the Macy Allnutt Drawing Room followed by internment in Linn Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Jobe was born June 13, 1884 in Taxico, Kan. She was married to Ireby Walter Jobe in Kansas on May 15, 1904. They moved to Briggsdale in 1920 and Jobe died Feb 19, 1930. Mrs. Jobe had lived in Greely since 1943.
She is survived by two sons, Martin W. Jobe and Walter L. Jobe, both of Greely, four daughters, Mrs. Clara Kendall of Sherwood, Or, Mrs. Violet McCartney of Sandy, Or, Mrs. Pearl Hagan of Oak Harbor, WA, and Mrs. Mary Reed of Norwalk, CA, 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Ray H. Warren of St. Francis, KS. and Berney L. Warren of Edmonton, Canada; and two sisters, Mrs. May Delinghan of Fort Morgan and Mrs. Ruth Morgan of Paonia.
