February the 20th day 1802

Church Meeting held at Bro. Absolams house on the 20th day of February 1802. After Divine Worship proceeded to Business. The cause of Bro. John Allen was once more taken into consideration, after some conservation was past we agreed that we would once more send three Brethren to him, to wit John Coonts, Richard Powell, and John Wood to try to settle the matter with him. Bro. John Wood was appointed to go to Bro. Enoch Job to inquire of the reason of his not attending to go to Bro. Samuel Jurdin (Jordan?) to inquire into his walk and order. Jno. Coonts, Mod. Jesse Wood, Clk.

March the 20th day 1802

Church Meeting held at the Big Spring Meeting House on the 20th day of March 1802. After Divine Worship proceeded to Business. The cause of Bro. Jno. Allen was once more mentioned and talked a little upon, and it was agreed that we would weight (wait) with him and have a called Church Meeting for that purpose at Bro. Jno Woods House on Saturday before the fourth Sunday in April next. And Bro. Jno Wood if to go and let him know the time and place to meet. The cause of Bro E. Job was mentioned and as he did not attend the Church Meeting we agreed that we would send Bro John Wood once more to site him to the said called Church meeting before mentioned. The cause of Bro. Samuel Jurdin (Jordan?) was talked upon for his neglecting Meetings and some other things that he did. confession was laid to his charge and the church appeared to be satisfied with his confession. April the 24th day 1802

A called Church Meeting was held at Bro. John Woods House on the 24th day 1802. After Divine worship proceeded to Business. The cause of Bro. Jno Allen was brought forward once more and as he did not appear to give satisfaction to Church agreed that he shall be cut off and is no more of us. At the same time Bro. E Job came forward and gave the Church satisfaction for his neglecting Church Meetings. Jno Woods, Mod. Jesse Wood, Clk.

October the 19th 1805

Church Meeting held at Big Springs Meeting House 19th October 1805. After Divine Worship proceeded to Business. The Church took in consideration the case of Brother Enoch Job. It was reported that he was overtaken in liquor and proceeded to fight and the Church agreed to send Bros. James Odell and John Wood to site him to our next Church meeting. John Coonts, Mod. Jesse Wood, Clk.

January the 18th 1806

Church Meeting held at the Big Springs Meeting House on the 18th January 1806. After Divine Worship proceeded to business. The church took in consideration once more the case of Bro. Enoch Job which he was sited here to this meeting by Bros. James Odell and Moses Moodey. Accordingly he came and made confession to the satisfaction of the Church. John Coonts, Mod. Jesse Wood, Clk.

April the 18th 1807

Church meeting held at The Big Springs Meeting House on 18th day of April 1807. After Divine Worship proceeded to Business. The case of Bro. Enoch Job was taken once more into consideration, after some discussion on the business the Church think it most expedient to wait with him until the meetin on October next. Received Sister Nancy Walker by letter from Happy Creek Church. Samuel Skelton and Isaac Skelton joined this church by Experience. Meeting adjourned until next meeting in course. October the 17th 1807

Church Meeting held at The Big spring Meeting House on 17th October 1807. After Divine Worship proceeded to business. The case of Bro. Enoch Job was once more taken into consideration as he was present was asked to his reasons for going away in the manner he did. He rose and gave satisfaction and then applied for a letter of dismission for him and his wife, which was granted. Then Bro. Coonts also made application for a letter of dismission for Sister Miley Hill which was also granted. Meeting adjourned until next meeting in course. John Coonts, Mod. Jesse Wood, Clk.
